(#15 Overall) - Tidings This is my favorite set drawing card in Blue
While exile is lovely and very scary to play against this card is too ineffective at doing what you mainly want it to do
Ral, Monsoon Mage / Ral, Leyline Prodigy I give a lot of credit to Ral, Monsoon Mage for having a planswalker's +1 ability before earning the spark, and the cost reduction feeds right into playing multiple instants or sorceries
You can create very easy soft locks with cards like Waterfront Bouncer and Crystal Shard in combination with Snake
Special Summon 1 Rank 10 or higher Number Xyz Monster from your Extra Deck, by using that Xyz Monster you control (this is treated as an Xyz Summon, transfer its materials), and if you do, attach this card to it
